1. How do I cancel my membership?
Even though we never want to see you go, we understand that sometimes you might have to cancel your membership. We want you to come back and see us again, so here is where you need to go to cancel your membership. You can find your biller on the confirmation email you received when you joined. You will need to provide two of the following pieces of information to the biller: email address, username, membership ID number, or credit card number. If you are unsure what you need, send us an email.

2. What do I need to view LBGirlfriends.com?
For this site, you can see everything regardless of whether you are on a slower dial up connection or an ultra-fast Cable or DSL connection. The difference will be the time it takes to load and download photos and videos. We provide videos in multiple sizes, and you can choose what size is best for you. Many people have asked about viewing the site on a mobile device, like a cel phone. The website is not optimized for mobile devices, so you would need a full frame browser, like an iPhone, Android G1, or Nokia N95 in order to get the best experience. You can not view the videos on a mobile phone.
3. What formats are videos in?
Our videos are available in two main formats, Windows Media (Version 7 or higher) and iPod. These formats are fairly universal and will play with most media players. All videos are available to view online or download to your computer.
If you have problems viewing the videos, make sure you have the latest update of your media player.
4. How big are the videos?
We have four different sizes of videos for you. The smallest ones take the least time to download, but the largest size has the best quality. Videos are available in High Definition (1280x720), Large (854x480), Medium (640x360) and Small (426x240). File sizes depend on the size of the video and the length of the running time.
5. How big are the photos?
Updates are 2000 pixels on the long side. Depending on your screen resolution, monitor size, and browser, web display sizes may vary. Our pictures are optimized to show at the highest quality and with the fasting viewing time for you!
6. What web browser should I use to view the site?
